SAP Convergent Charging (CC) Technical Consultant

India Location – Anywhere in India, Hybrid Mode, need to be at Office for 4 days in week

USA Location – Onsite to Client Location from Day 1, Any Valid Immigration Status.

Position Overview:

The SAP Convergent Charging (CC) Technical Consultant will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of SAP Convergent Charging solutions. This role involves configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing SAP CC components to meet business requirements, particularly in the telecommunications and utility sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, implement, and support SAP Convergent Charging (CC) solutions for clients.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather and understand business requirements.
  • Provide expertise in the integration of SAP CC with other SAP modules such as SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI) and SAP Billing.
  • Customize SAP CC to support complex pricing, rating, and charging scenarios.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP CC configurations and processes.
  • Perform system testing, data migration, and deployment activities for SAP CC implementations.
  • Monitor and optimize SAP CC system performance and functionality.
  • Develop technical documentation, including solution designs, implementation plans, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Provide training and support to business users on SAP CC functionalities.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP CC features, upgrades, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with SAP Convergent Charging (CC) configuration and implementation.
  • Knowledge of SAP Billing, SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI), or other related SAP modules is a plus.
  • Familiarity with telecommunications or utility industry processes, including pricing and rating models.
  • Experience with SAP FICO, SAP CRM, or SAP IS-U modules is beneficial.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize system performance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of SAP NetWeaver and integration concepts, along with BTP using S/4HANA will be desired.

Desired Skills:

  • SAP certification in relevant areas (e.g., SAP CC, SAP Billing) is a plus.
  • Experience with SAP HANA and cloud-based solutions is an advantage.
