SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI) Technical Consultant

India Location – Anywhere in India, Hybrid Mode, need to be at Office for 4 days in week

USA Location – Onsite to Client Location from Day 1, Any Valid Immigration Status.

Position Overview:

The SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI) Technical Consultant will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP Convergent Invoicing solutions. This role involves working closely with business and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of invoicing processes within SAP systems, particularly in the telecommunications and utility sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and implement SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI) solutions to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with functional teams to define business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Customize SAP CI for complex invoicing scenarios, including billing plans, payment terms, and multi-currency support.
• Integrate SAP CI with other SAP modules, such as SAP Convergent Charging (CC), SAP CRM, and SAP Billing.
• Perform testing, data migration, and deployment tasks during SAP CI implementations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP CI configurations and processes.
• Optimize SAP CI systems to ensure efficient invoicing operations and improve system performance.
• Develop technical documentation, including solution designs, configuration guides, and troubleshooting steps.
• Provide training and support to end-users on SAP CI functionalities and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP CI features, upgrades, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience with SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI) configuration and implementation.
• Knowledge of SAP Billing, SAP Convergent Charging (CC), or SAP FICO is beneficial.
• Experience with integration of SAP CI with other SAP modules like SAP CRM or SAP IS-U.
• Familiarity with telecommunications or utility industry billing processes and invoicing scenarios.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in SAP CI environments.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with business and technical stakeholders.

Desired Skills:

• SAP certification in relevant areas (e.g., SAP CI, SAP Billing) is a plus.
• Experience with SAP HANA, cloud solutions, or other advanced SAP technologies is an advantage.
