SAP FI/CA Consultant with RAR Expertise

India Location – Anywhere in India, Hybrid Mode, need to be at Office for 4 days in week

USA Location – Onsite to Client Location from Day 1, Any Valid Immigration Status.

Position Overview:

The SAP FI/CA Consultant with RAR (Revenue Accounting and Reporting) expertise will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP FI/CA (Financial Accounting / Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable) solutions, with a focus on RAR integration. This role requires in-depth knowledge of financial accounting processes, revenue recognition, and how SAP RAR integrates with FI/CA to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and implement SAP FI/CA solutions, focusing on contract accounts, billing, and payment processes.
• Integrate SAP FI/CA with SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) to ensure proper revenue recognition and reporting.
• Configure and optimize the RAR functionality for accurate revenue recognition in line with accounting standards (e.g., ASC 606, IFRS 15).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and configure the SAP FI/CA and RAR modules to meet business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the integration of SAP FI/CA with RAR, ensuring accurate financial accounting and revenue reporting.
• Perform testing, data migration, and deployment tasks for SAP FI/CA and RAR implementations.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP FI/CA and RAR configurations.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including configuration guides, testing protocols, and issue resolution documentation.
• Ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards and provide insights on best practices.
• Provide training and support to end-users on SAP FI/CA and RAR functionalities and processes.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience with SAP FI/CA configuration and implementation, with a deep understanding of RAR (Revenue Accounting and Reporting).
• In-depth knowledge of revenue recognition processes, including ASC 606 and IFRS 15, within the SAP ecosystem.
• Experience integrating SAP FI/CA with SAP RAR for seamless revenue recognition and reporting.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in SAP FI/CA and RAR environments.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and other advanced SAP technologies is a plus.
