SAP FI/CA Consultant with SD (or) FI/CO Experience

India Location – Anywhere in India, Hybrid Mode, need to be at Office for 4 days in week

USA Location – Onsite to Client Location from Day 1, Any Valid Immigration Status.

Position Overview:

The SAP FI/CA Consultant with SD (Sales and Distribution) or FI/CO (Controlling) experience is responsible for implementing and supporting the SAP FI/CA (Financial Accounting / Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable) module, ensuring smooth integration with SAP SD or FI/CO. This role will involve configuring and optimizing financial accounting processes, contract account management, and billing processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and implement SAP FI/CA solutions, focusing on contract accounts, customer/vendor master data, and payment processing.
• Integrate SAP FI/CA with other SAP modules, particularly SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) or SAP FI/CO (Controlling), to ensure smooth data flow and functional alignment.
• Manage billing, invoicing, and collections processes within SAP FI/CA, ensuring accurate financial transactions.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure solutions, and translate business needs into SAP FI/CA functionality.
• Support system testing, data migration, and post-implementation support for SAP FI/CA-related projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP FI/CA, SD, or FI/CO configurations.
• Ensure smooth reconciliation and accounting of financial transactions between FI/CA and other integrated SAP modules.
• Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including configuration guides and issue resolution steps.
• Provide training and ongoing support to end-users on SAP FI/CA, SD, or FI/CO processes.
• Optimize system performance by identifying opportunities for process improvements in billing, collections, and financial accounting.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience with SAP FI/CA configuration and implementation, with knowledge of SD or FI/CO integration.
• In-depth understanding of financial accounting processes, contract management, billing, and collections in SAP.
• Experience in integrating SAP FI/CA with other SAP modules such as SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) or SAP FI/CO (Controlling).
• Proven track record of troubleshooting and resolving complex issues in SAP FI/CA, SD, or FI/CO environments.
• Solid understanding of business processes related to sales, distribution, and financial controlling within SAP.

Desired Skills:

• SAP certification in FI/CA, SD, or FI/CO modules is a plus.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or advanced SAP technologies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and the ability to work with both technical and business teams.
